Brumate has a top priority of great customer service. I have ordered multiple times and any time there is an issue, they are very responsive and aim to make it right. There was an issue with Christmas shipping, and the owner came out and made it known way ahead of time that there would be delays. They then offered to reship anything needed by Christmas if you absolutely needed. I worked with the company owner himself and decided I could hold off, and my delivery did eventually come. While it was late, I was advised ahead of time that it would be, and the company graciously reached out with a discount code, as well as a coupon for a future purchase. Don’t believe the bad reviews, those are clearly not from long term customers of the brand, and purchased at a rough time of the year for every company.

The products are amazing. I have dozens, and have given dozens more as gifts. They’re versatile, efficient, and truly one of a kind. A brü adds to any occasion, keeping your beverage cold, hot, or individualized. We have daily use for the products, beyond drinking ie soup, pie, ice cream, and even dips. The philanthropy and customer service are unmatched by any competitors. I can’t recommend the products or company enough.

Only place I order this type of item from. Have close to 50 brumates and I love every one of them. Only had a couple issues with orders and each time I have emailed them and they were very prompt to reply and offer all the help they can to resolve any issue that comes up, which in my case was only 3 out of 20 + so I’d say they are definitely doing a great job !!

This is an AMAZING COMPANY!! They have phenomenal products and are all about customer service. They are willing to make it right, even if not their fault such as shipping issues with Covid, if possible.
