Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

These products are the best on the market! You can get a cup to fit just about every type of beverage you drink! The insulation is the best to keep your drink hot or cold! Not to mention the crazy number of color choices! I highly recommend this product!

Love the cups. Customer service was very helpful during the holidays. Got my order just in time. They actually went beyond than most companies would of done. Happy customer

Love all my Brus! They keep my drinks cold/hot for hours just as described! Plus the glitter ones are beautiful!!😍😍

Mine never shipped, so they refunded my money. Then it delivered on Saturday after Christmas, I emailed customer service to let them know and asked how to return it. They responded saying that I didn’t need to return it and they were sorry for the trouble

There is no other company that I’ve dealt with that has a more professional and impeccable customer service department than Brumate!! I’ve been a customer of theirs for close to (3) yrs now, and every transaction with them has been either seamless or rectified quickly and without argument! With the shipping delays that many experienced this Christmas, Dylan was the only CEO to personally reach out and communicate what the delays were & ensure that every shipment wouldn’t be delivered as soon as it could! That I am proud to be a truly dedicated and loyal customer to Brumate!

I ordered late but still arrived quickly and in time for Christmas! Everything was perfect! The colors are beautiful and they keep everything cold. My family was thrilled with their Brumate gifts!

Great shipping. Great customer service. Overall a great company with top of the line products.

Amazing products and great customer service. Have been buying from them for years and don't ever plan on stopping.
