When dark aura came out I meant to order a juggernaut but bought a slim instead. Messaged customer service and they fixed it before it ever shipped and added the slide lid I wanted that showed sold out online. Brü fan for life

Nothing but good things to say. I placed my first order at the end of November. It was one of the orders that experienced shopping delays. I contacted Customer service and they were on it. They were great to deal with. I got my order and they made it right!

BruMate has the best products! I have ordered these products during the pandemic, and for the most part shipping has been great! It was slow during the holidays, but not BruMate’s fault. I am STILL waiting on things from other companies ordered at the beginning of December, with the shipping companies not updating their tracking. BruMate always kept us posted on social media about the shipping delays and problems, so rest assured they will take care of you! I have been so surprised at their products, I used to be a die hard Yeti fan but these are so much prettier and more importantly they work just as well if not better in some cases! I have had drinks during the hot summer stay COLD all night long and into the next day, including plenty of ice staying in my cups! Cannot say enough good things about this company, great customer service, great products. Order from BruMate cause you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome products & awesome customer service! Had a couple mishaps with orders that were in transit with Pitney Bowes and never arrived, I was able to get a hassle-free refund so I could place a new order. I’ve always been 100% satisfied with every item ive received and I love every brü that I have and faithfully use them all🥰😍

I have many MANY items I’ve purchased from Brumate. I’m obsessed with them and will be a buyer for life. Their products are incredible and gorgeous. I use them every single day for everything such as water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mixed drinks, milk, etc. You can even use them to keep soup warm and ice cream cold! The margtini is a good shape for the soup and ice cream! My favorite products are the pint and wine glass. All their products are super awesome and useful. They are amazing quality and have wonderful customer service. Check out their VIP program and Facebook group! It’s such a fun community to be a part of!!

I just love these drink holders! I have given them a gifts and kept a bunch for myself! The hardest thing about them is choosing the next color to order! I purchased backtaps for our kids for Christmas and now they are all hooked! Only had to contact customer service 1 time and it was the best customer service I have ever dealt with!
