Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

This company has been nothing but outstanding with their communication in holiday delays. They sent out numerous messages letting buyers know that items were delayed, they would resend full orders, and that gift cards would be issued for those that purchased during a certain timeframe. They dealt with multiple shipping companies that were very backed up and handled it magnificently. The product is marvelous! I would recommend this company a million times over.

Brumate makes excellent products. I can make an iced coffee at 8 AM and it’s still cold by 2 PM. At dinner if I pour a beer it is so cold several hours later . They offer such a wide variety of cups and colors to choose from. Plus they have accessories like straws etc., It is seriously the best cup I’ve owned. Dylan , The owner is excellent at communication and always makes things right. He also is philanthropic which is also important.

Obsessed with my brumates! Evything has been smooth sailing for me! Living in Arizona it’s hard to keep drinks cold outside! The back tap was an awesome addition to our pool socially distanced gatherings we used as a cooler! Love love love!

Not only are the products stylish (seriously so cool) but they keep the drinks cold! They have a style fit for everyone and they make excellent gifts (I gifted many during the holidays and my family loved them). Lastly, the customer service is exceptional. They are all kind and helpful and help resolve any issues without throwing you through loops. I am team #brumate

Brümate is honestly amazing. Like many others I had an issue with shipping. I reached out and they told me if the status didn’t change in a few days let them know. It didn’t end up changing and they sent me a replacement ASAP. The shipping issues are not their fault but I’m thankful for their amazing customer service

Such an awesome company! They have great products and with the one very small issue I had with a product (out of dozens), their customer service was prompt, helpful and refunded me! Highly recommend!

I have ordered many times from Brumate and only once was may order ever delayed. This order was around the holidays, which as most people know that there are delays during those times, then add Covid delays on top of that this year. Brumate shipped out that order quickly, and it was the shipping company that delayed it. NOT Brumate’s fault. Their customer service has always been wonderful and I hope that the negative reviews about shipping do not keep you from purchasing. They are great, their shipping is timely, and the products are SO good!

Obsessed with my Brus! Gorgeous, great quality products and amazing customer service. I have purchased for myself, my friends and my family and will continue to do so. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
