Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

I’ve been a fan for a couple years. The products keep getting better & better! Definitely recommend! Customer service is excellent.

Awesome service. Placed my order a week or so before Christmas (shopping last minute) it arrived before!!! They are quick to answer any peoblem/question you have. Will continue to buy from them.

Brumate is one of the best companies to deal with. You have an issue they try and always seem to fix it for you. (Which is rare to have an issue) I’ve placed over 10 orders

Love everything about this company. Products are amazing. Customer service is so helpful with anything you need. Buy the route protection, you won't regret it. I'm so glad they offer it and buy a bru, you'll never go back. Great job Dylan and team.

Love my brus. Customer service is top notch and resolved my problem quickly without inconveniencing me, which is awesome.

I ordered on Black Friday a rather large order and it was shipped and to me in a decent amount of time. I had a separate order a while ago that got lost in the mail and I simply let them know that I had yet received my order and they simply sent me a replacement order and it was at my doorstep within 4 days! Their customer service is amazing! And if their customer service doesn’t help out the CEO and founder of BrüMate will step in and fix the problem. This company is a well oiled machine and I have always had great service!

Fantastic product and customer service!!

Brumate is by far my fav! So many great uses & awesome colors! Aside from holiday delays they are normally super fast with great customer service.
