I have been ordering through Brumate and telling everyone I know about them. The quality of the cups can’t be beat. I used to use Yeti until I purchased Brumate. They are lightweight and keep my drinks colder longer. Plus I love the selection of styles and colors. I will never go back to ordering anything else.

I have had many insulated cups in the past, but Brumate has my current and future business. First, their items are well made, well designed and just down right beautiful. Second is their customer service. I have had an issue with one item having a flaw, it was taken care of right away. One item that had a flaw wasn’t but I was unable to truly represent the problem in photos so I understood them not being able to replace when they couldn’t see evidence of the problem. It was a difficult problem to show. Nonetheless, I ordered more because they communicated well and did try. I was one of the unfortunate ones caught up in the major shipping delay after Black Friday. They sent emails and made posts to keep customers updated, ended business with the shipper and did all they could do to make things right. Luckily mine arrived just in the nick of time. Even if it hadn’t, the way they handled it all was above reproach in my opinion. They sealed my future business with the way it was handled. I understand some did not receive their gifts in time, but it was not because of Brumates delay, instead it was the shipper.

Brumate is an amazing product! I love that I can get something for anyone on my list because they have so many different products plus so many colors. I am one happy customer!

I LOVE all of my Brumates!! Hot stays really hot and cold stays cold! I haven’t really had any issues except the bigger delivery issue where Brumate communicated regularly and was incredibly transparent about it. I highly recommend Brumate to anyone and everyone!! Thanks for making incredible products and phenomenal customer service!!
