Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Love my brumates! Ordered several as gifts this year and got them quickly and they arrived in perfect condition. Can’t wait for new styles and colors to come out.

I was one of those that had shipping “issues” Customer service was great throughout the whole thing. When I emailed they always answered (usually within 24hours) The way the issue was dealt with and the way I was treated is why I will continue to be a customer of a product I love

5 stars because you can’t give a company anything less that goes above & beyond on customer service to correct any natural issues you may have experienced... For example, I had a broken 5th cap, they replaced it (Free of charge)... I wasn’t satisfied with a swirl backtap, they exchanged it (Return postage paid)... I was short 4 cups from an order, you could tell the bag had been tampered with (They reshipped it). I own over 200 Brü’s, I’ve had 3 issues. All resolved. They gained a customer for life with the way they handle it all. I’m not going anywhere! They keep my drinks ice cold & they’re beautiful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quality is excellent. Customer service is excellent. EXCELLENT.

The products they have created are fantastic and they continue to roll out great new ones! Their customer service is always very helpful IF there are any issues with product/shipping. I love by brumates and rave about them to everyone! Almost everyone in my family has at least one now!

Great product Even better Customer Service They go above and beyond to make it right for their customers

Great products that look FANTASTIC! All my friends and family get them as gifts.

I got my first Brümate the end of 2019. A Pint in the colour rose gold. I fell in love immediately. The colour is spectacular, it sparkles in the light. They also have a rubber pad on the bottom to make them super sturdy and slip free. I rarely knock a drink over now! The best part though is how long my drinks keep their temperature. I can leave a drink in my car on a hot day for HOURS and come back and it's still got lots of ice in it. Not to mention you can leave one filled with ice on your counter for three days and still have ice. I've burnt my mouth on my drink two hours after filling my cup. They also have top notch customer service. They go above and beyond to solve issues, they own mistakes and they are just down right awesome. I now have a vast collection in the most beautiful colours. There are so many options and colours to choose from. There is something for everyone. Great for kids and they make the perfect gifts. They truly bring me joy. I highly recommend.
