Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Brumate has always made any issues I’ve had right, as quickly as possible. Shipping can be slow during busy times, but that is not the fault of brumate. I’ve always been kept well informed of any delays, and the company has always made it right. The products are more than well worth the wait!

This company! Between the creator Dylan, it's amazing support staff and the amazing merchandise, there is no better company! Completely 100000% recommended this company!

I ordered the trio and the skinny for my husband for Christmas! They both arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner! They are awesome! We both love them and will be ordering more!

I have been purchasing Brümate products for over a year. Every item I have purchased has been high quality and serves it's intended purpose. We do not use our regular glasses any longer, these are our main cups at home!

Perfect products! When shipping was nuts, they did everything in the power to help & went a step further than other companies to prevent it in the future! Always keep my drinks cold & fashionable!

Brümate is the cream of the crop in drink-ware. Every detail is tried and tested to ensure the perfect fit. Your drink will be cold until the very last drop. If you should have any questions or concerns, Brümate’s customer service is exceptional. Purchasing a Brümate is a choice that you will not regret.

I have always had excellent service from Brümate! And all of my orders have shipped quickly and arrived faster than expected. Even over the holidays with all the craziness mine came on time and correctly!

Found this company two years ago while searching for Koozies to fit slim cans. I have purchased over twenty of their products already. And all of them are still working like they are brand new, keeping ice in my cup over 24hrs. The founder of this company is so involved. He actually takes the time to listen to our feedback, and even replies to suggestions! This is a company I have supported from the beginning and will continue supporting. Other companies’ founders should take a good look at what Brumate’s founder is doing and be more like him. Most companies I can’t even get a reply from any contact, whether email, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or all of the above. I have never had any issues when contacting this company by any medium and they are quick to respond and quick to solve any issues (I once had an issue with my points because I had logged into the wrong account) or answer any questions I may have. Brumate deserves your order over any of the other “knockoff” brands because they stand by their product and keep making better ones. Improvement: Maybe a Canadian Warehouse so we could get some orders quicker and cheaper than ordering from the states.
