This is an amazing company with amazing products, keeps it cold and keeps it hot all while looking and feeling good in the hand, I push them to all my friends and family and we enjoy them

Even with delayed shipping for the holidays, the customer service was great and they were very responsive and helpful in all the emails! My package came in perfectly and I love using my new Brumate!

I absolutely LOVE this company!! I stumbled upon them and fell head over heals. The first product I owned was a slim that kept my drink cold even on the hottest day of summer. I had an issue with a lost item beyond the control of Brümate and once I reached out to customer service they shipped my order out again the next day UPS. They have created a community of VIPs that have love for their products and their customers equally. I’ve loved seeing how far this company has come and look forward to see great strides in the future!!

I’ve only had positive experiences with Brumate ever since I joined the Brumate family! Love everything about them from the beautiful Brü’s to the outstanding customer service! Even during some of the mail delays during the holidays I still got everything on time, and when some things were delayed customer service made sure we were aware of what was going on! I am a brumate girl for life!
