Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Brumate is the best ever! Customer service is always about care and compassion. I love the way you can track your order via Ship app in reference to your order and Route also helps! You should try Brumate, you will love to be apart of the Brufamily! Brumates make perfect gifts for weddings, birthdays and self love!!!

This company and product have got to be the best I have dealt with in a very long time. I purchased the slim rainbow for myself. I absolutely fell in love with it. I was going to purchase my husband and I the “trio” when the time was right. That time was right on Veterans Day. If you don’t know what they did, you should look it up. All proceeds went to Veterans. I passed the message to my sister who continued to pass the message. Since she and I have both given multiple people Brumate’s as a gift. You have a customer for life. Thank you for your speedy service every time.

This company is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever purchased from. From the customer service, to the products themselves you can’t go wrong. They stand behind their products if something goes wrong with them or if they don’t pass their standards. I myself had an issue with shipping during the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday. Although unhappy with the outcome, it was a TOTAL FLUKE. I have ordered from Brumate at least 10 other times and NEVER had an issue. Brumate has already stated they will never work with this shipping company ever again so you can 100% guarantee you won’t have that problem! All in all, you will love these cups!!! My ONLY request?!? Make a taller tumbler that holds more fluid ounces! 🙏 THANKS BRUMATE!!

This has been one of the best company experiences I have had. They are consistent in their prices and sales... and always offer great deals. The products are quality and customer service is on point!

Absolutely LOVE all my BRUMATE’S! My collection is getting big, super excited for my backtap to come next week especially! Customer service is amazing, extremely helpful and attentive to their customers needs. Thank you so much Jacob and all the BRUMATE crew! I have an addiction to your drink ware so I’ll definitely be purchasing more!!!!

I love my Brumates! They keep my drinks hot or cold. I have one for whatever kind of drink I want to have.

Brumate is absolutely amazing ! It keeps your drinks so cold! I can’t stop buying them! I have 15 different brumates, different styles and colors! Love them all ! Would 100 percent recommend

I received my first "gateway" bru for my birthday in August. After I realized how amazing they are I have almost all of them and have given over 25 of them as gifts. The VIP group is like a family and its fun to see all of the different uses!!
