While I like the 2 tumblers I bought several yrs ago, I must say that I am very disappointed to be told they have phases out my tumblers and no longer carry replacement parts for them. That is some BS! They made these tumblers and should keep stock on hand for replacement parts. I eont be buying anymore of them. Shame on you BruMate!!

Ordered a tank for IL, USA delivery on Aug 2. Charged $468 at time of order NOT at shipment. Aug 16 the order was still in process. Emailed Brumate and was told it was backordered even though this was NOT stated on the website on Aug 2 or Aug 17 when I inquired about the order. Requested to cancel order Aug 17. Silence from Brumate. Inquired about refund and cancellation status again on Aug 22. Was told that warehouse has not confirmed yet. Received an email today Aug 27 stating that the tank was shipped. Completely dishonest and deceitful business practices. From other reviews online numerous ppl have had similar order/shipment issues with Brumate.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering the product I’d so poor doesn’t hold heat or fit in my car holder and the lid is absolutely nightmare to remove customer service terrible can’t give an resolution asap

yikes what a bummer! found a super cute brumate that I bought myself as a gift for being 9 months pregnant, it's my first brumate and it was far from cheap - and yet it literally cannot keep ice for even 30 minutes? I contact them after 14 days of having it asking for support in submitting a warranty claim + they said since it was purchased through another party (Whole Foods) I have to contact them. I get that, but at the same time...Whole Foods didn't manufacture this and slap their name on it, you did - if you're going to promote keeping drinks cold for 24 hours, stand behind it and back it up with a warranty. How is it Whole Foods job to do that when they aren't the one producing this? Very disappointing to see that they don't stand behind their product!

I was invoiced one price and charged a completly diffrent price when I sent an email with a screenshot frim theirvwebsite they are acting like i am confused ..no sure am not your math isnt making sense and according to my invoice i have been over charged. They offered a $10 credit ..um no will not be shopping here again

After several back and forth emails with Brumate customer service department Brumate refused to replace my lid. Which had a defective straw receiver. THEY wanted me to repurchase the lid which is $14.99 plus 11 dollars in shipping. What happened to the customer is always right? I don't know but I will share this customer service experience with everyone I know. Goodbye Brumate. Hello Stanley!

I ordered a water container for my husband's birthday, thinking I would receive it in time. READ the fine print, it's 3 to 5 business days before they even prepare to ship. Then they charge $11 for shipping. You can purchase the same BruMate Rise 35 oz mug on Amazon with FREE shipping and receive it next day. I was told I could return it when I receive it but they don't refund the shipping. Terrible company, purchase from Amazon if you really want their product.

I have really always loved Brumate products, since they started. So now that I am opening my own business I wanted to become a wholesaler, I have applied 5 times over the past week because after my first application and not hearing anything for three days I reached out to check on the status. I was told to reapply and did not hear anything back for a couple days. After I reapplied a 5th time and created a new service ticket the Helpdesk decided to let me know they have "notified the team" and hopefully the issue, which has affected a lot of people, will be fixed by next week. So I asked if there was a way to be connected to a wholesale rep and my information to be manually input, and I was told "no" because at this point there are too many people this has affected. Terrible customer support across the board. However, I appreciate the reminder of how I do not want to treat my future customers.
