I have several Brumates, all different sizes and colora. I use and love every single one of them!! They keep everything cold or hot and they have wonderful customer service!!

Such a wonderful company. They make wonderful products and stand behind them. Also, the customer service at BruMate is second to none! Even with pandemic related shipping delays, they always communicated well and made certain that costumers were taken care of!

LOVE all of our brumate products! I bought my first brumate is February 2020 and the collection has only grown. I’ve gotten numerous products for my husband and family members. They keep my coffee HOT in the morning. No more reheating my coffee 3-4 times a morning because I’m too busy with my kids! I’ve only ever had amazing customer service experience. Love all of the color options and styles. I’ll never buy an insulated product like this from any other company!

I have had the best customer service ever! The product is excellent! I have every single size and multiple of some particular ones. I have ordered lots of them for gifts! Just know during a holiday there may be a longer than normal wait time to receive your items! They do arrive though! I love my Brumates.

I was one of the unlucky ones who ordered a Christmas present during the period of time in November when the shipping got all messed up. The Sunday before Christmas (11/20) I emailed stating I hadn’t received my purchase that I ordered before thanksgiving. I wasn’t very nice in my email (I know, I should have been nice and I apologized before they even responded after I saw The post in this group about the shipping issues). They emailed me back within hours and had my new Bru delivered by 12/23. I am so impressed! I just ordered 4 more today during the sale with the coupon code! Such a great company!!

Ordered several - planning to give as gifts for Christmas. I received email updates as well as the Facebook/Instagram updates regarding the issues with shipping. They did a fabulous job with customer service during this time. So I wasn’t concerned about getting them “ in time”. We all know that all companies are dealing with shipping issues due to covid delays,etc. so I was patient and fortunately received them just in time anyway. Either way I wasn’t stressed about it - times are crazy right now and we all could be more understanding, besides Christmas is more than just presents. I have ordered many bru mates - love them all, they keep drinks colder longer and look fabulous. They also make great gifts. Can’t wait to purchase more items for years to come.

I ordered several different brumates for Christmas presents on Black Friday. Unfortunately due to high shipping this year, the package was not going to arrive for Christmas. I contacted customer service and they sent out another package via 2 day shipping! Not only do the products keep liquids hot/cold, you can’t beat customer service!

I have ordered many brumate products and they never disappoint. I had a shipping issue during the holidays (which is understandable) but I contacted customer service and they resolved everything without any hassle. I will continue to buy brumate products for myself and for friends/family for the very distant future!
