During the holiday season I ordered multiple Christmas gifts through BruMate..in two different orders. I received the second set of gifts first. Brumate was gracious enough to notify its customers of the problem they were having with a shipping company they hired. DYLAN was awesome with communicating and made sure that my first package of gifts made it to me before Christmas! I love this company and the BruMate they offer. Keep up the awesome work!!

I have been a customer of Brumate for over 3 years. I absolutely love all of their products. The colors offered and the many different options are simply incomparable. Functional yet beautiful. The best part of Brumate has to be the customer service. They did a promotion for Black Friday and to say the response was overwhelming would be an understatement. As a huge fan, I understood with the discounts being offered there was going to be a pretty big response. About two weeks after placing the order, I started looking for my products. Items usually arrive very quickly and you get excited for their arrival! The owner of the company actually communicated directly with all of us via social media about the shipping issues. He thanked us for our patience and gave us options on how to resolve it. The communication and ownership of the issue was unprecedented, particularly during a pandemic. Long story short, all my products arrived before Christmas. They are perfect, as always, and everyone loves their gifts. This company is a 10 out of 10 as far as I’m concerned.
