Took 30+ days to get a Christmas gift order...customer service seemed to not care too much. they did give me a 20% discount and a code to use on a future order (which I will NOT EVER place!). They have turned off commenting on instagram (gee...I wonder why?) communication in December to all customers from them blamed Pitney Bowes! I ordered all online this holiday and this company has been the worst service by far. Look elsewhere...there are lots of other similar comoanies!

Do NOT ORDER from these scam artists. I ordered on November 26 and it was "protected" by Route. Tried to file a claim and it was denied. They say it's still in transit. If 8 weeks is acceptable (IF it ever gets here) then by all means, throw your money away. Terrible customer service. 🤬🤬🤬

I wish 0 stars was an option. This is a company of thieves. They have taken my money. I STILL do not have the merchandise I paid for, and there is NO WAY to contact anyone regarding this issue. They have an automated email so they can lie to customers without effort, it says they will contact you on 3-5 business days. They will not. Not will they acknowledge your attempt to claim a refund. Their website is pathetic, it shows almost 10,000 positive reviews. Every single one of them are bought and paid for. Not a legitimate company at all. But I doubt they care since they already stole everyone’s money.

I placed an order on November 27th intended for Christmas gifting and it’s December 29th and still have not received. Their CEO promised a full refund after 30 days. Still no word back from them after emailing about processing my refund.

This company stated that my product would arrive before Christmas. It is now the 29th of December and they are stating that it will be another 2-3 weeks before it will arrive. I requested a refund as they state that if the product takes more than 30 days to arrive or has no tracking movement for 5 days they will issue one, but they refused. My order has not moved in 8 days and I ordered it 38 days ago. I would not trust your product to arrive and I would not recommend using this company. Update: It is now January 7th with no movement of my item for 16 days. I am still being refused a refund. Also I did not receive any emails letting me know they were struggling with their shipping dates as stated by a different reviewer. Update 2: It is now February 10th, and it has still not arrived. I also want to point out how fishy all of these new reviews from January are. Prior to these Brumate had a score of about a 2, it is now a 4.8. Why would 600 people suddenly decide it is their favourite company and want to review? Very odd. Update 3: It is now May. My product never arrived. In order to receive a refund I had to contact the shipping insurance and the company MULTIPLE times. I received 3 small refunds to finally get the total I paid back. I would never recommend using this company.

Would give zero stars if possible. Purchased 4 items as gifts on Dec. 1, and still awaiting delivery or refund. Customer service blows. Worst online order experience in at least 10 years, and our family orders LOTS! I paid a slight premium for some ROUTE delivery protection that no other company requires to be made whole on lost deliveries. They must have known their service doesn't work. I honestly think there may be a scam of some kind going on with this company.

Do not order from here - terrible customer service and shipping. Took 4 weeks for it to be delivered and they blame USPS during the holidays when every other retailer dealt with the same issue but delivered on a timely basis. Won't own up to a bad logistics decision by using a 3rd party company... Should refund everyone shipping costs. Company also muted commenting on their instagram posts. Pretty sure they also only post 5 star reviews on their site.

Do not buy from Brumate. I placed an order on November 23rd and never received my package. Every time I tried to speak with someone about updates, I just received an automated email response. At no point in time did I even speak with anyone, even though I sent countless emails. Every response back was the same generic automated response and it said the same thing. After 30 days of not receiving my package, I requested a full refund, which I did receive. I just don’t understand how a company like this doesn’t have a customer service team to speak with.
