I love brumate! I currently have 15 and just ordered about 5 more! I can’t wait for more products in the future. They have a wonderful selection and great shipping. Thank you Dylan and his team for creating a wonderful product for all to enjoy. My 6-year old son is so excited and patiently waiting for the tie-dyed tumbler to come back in stock so he can join the brumate family!

Keeps my drinks cold for a long time! Ordered some for family during the holidays and extremely happy with how fast I received them! Everyone needs a bru!!

Excellent products, customer service, and company! I own 16 BruMates and they are all outstanding, and their customer service has been quick and friendly whenever I had questions or needed help!

always have a great experience no matter what. 99% of my orders have gone smoothly and perfectly. I had one shipping issue and it was corrected quickly and I could tell this company truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Love this company and its products. I always get my deliveries on time and sometimes a day or 2 early. The product is always prettier in person and works exactly as advertised. My drinks stay hot or cold for hours depending on what I put in it. I've had ice in my cup a full 24 hours after using it a few times! I pretty much want to order everything!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST COOLERS! Brumate knows exactly what they are doing and you shouldn't shop anywhere else. Outstanding customer service where the people in charge listen to the consumers and give us everything we could ever imagine and more. Never had any complaints to write home about or any problems what so ever with products or shipping. Keep up the great work guys!

Brumate customer service is spectacular! I typically receive my orders in a quick and efficient manner, there was definitely an exception to this Christmas 2020, but like everything else 2020 it flopped. Dylan/ bru customer service tried to remedy all the issues! They have certainly made up for it. As for the products, amazing. I drink ice water throughout the night and wake up with the same ice, it’s amazing. I’ve converted everyone around me. Besides pints, dou, and highball are our favorite products!
