I've been a Brumate customer since they started and have purchased over 40 products. I absolutely love their products. They have the best customer service too. I lost a lid for one of my trios and they sent me a new one for free!

I find BrüMate products to be far superior to any other products on the market. Brümate’s customer service is excellent as well. I have rarely had a product issue but when I have they are quick to respond and replace the item. It is rare to find a company with superior products and customer service but Brumate has definitely mastered both!

BrüMate’s customer service is INCREDIBLE! Their customer service has absolutely blown me away. They were prompt with their replies to every email I sent and incredibly generous with providing an entire mug for the broken lid (and missed shipping 😉 ) . My BrüMate mug was a Christmas gift from my son. My daughter recommended Brumate to him, based on her knowledge of your customer service and great product. And WOW! We bought one of the Brumate bottles for our granddaughter for school and had an issue with the lid. We contacted the company and sent pictures. They were GREAT to deal with and replaced the matter with a new top. Granddaughter is very happy and we will continue to buy their products based on this experience. Best ever! I love my BRUMATES. A bit obsessed 😂 I carry one every where I go. I am retired live on lake and all my friends love them too. No spill and cold BEER OR COCKTAILS for all! They hold water too. Lol

Incredible quality has already been established by others. The surprise was the phenomenal service by their customer service team. I lost the screw-in top to my Brümate - a few emails later and they shipped me a replacement. My matte black colour was out of stock so they (Erica) sent me a grey one instead…. At no cost to me!
