Overall I love these products, I’ve been a fan for about four years and have about seven or eight cups and two of the wine bottles. Shipping is always quick and I have gotten accurate shipping update texts. The only issue I’ve had is on my glitter charcoal imperial pint, the color scratched off in several places. I didn’t even know it could be scratched off. I have had it for at least six months and I’m not exactly gentle with my cups so I have just taken it as par for the course. Highly recommend to anybody and I often buy them as presents.

I was reading the negative reviews & was blown away!! I can say that they ARE NOT representative of what the Brümate company is all about. I have been buying Brüs since 2017. The product is AMAZING!!! The customer service is AMAZING!!! I too had an order that didn't make it in time for Christmas. I was in contact with Route who I can say was utterly useless! I was in contact with customer service & Dylan James. Did they resolve the issue? Not exactly since my order arrived after Christmas, but I honestly believe that with the debacle they had on their hands with Pitney Bowes they did everything they could. Had an issue with a order error before, sent 1 email...rectified immediately. Everyone complaining about the recent shipping issues should not be a reflection on Brümate. The products I have are awesome! If you want to keep your beverage cold (or hot) every one of their products will do it!! The issue over the holidays will not sway my decision to buy again. I am proud to be part of the Brü family!! I highly recommend their products. The only reason for the 4 star review is because of the shipping mishap. Product alone review would be 10 STARS!!!

All of the products I have ordered are way above expectations. I have ordered a slim, a pint, 3 trios and a jagger. The all keep cold drinks cold, ( ice stays all day and cold water stays cold for over 24 hours) and the hot drinks stay hot. Love Brumate. Shipping duty the holidays flat out sucked. I ordered and it took over a month to get to me. Brumate shipped with other companies and didn’t tell the customers so I had no idea where my gift was. Bonus to this was I got to keep the gift for myself. When orders are shipped after or before the holidays they are fast and we’re received with in 2 weeks with proper tracking information. Highly recommend Brumate and their customer service.

I ordered a brumate for a Christmas gift and they must’ve lost the package and I contacted brumate and they sent a new one out! So amazing & easy to work with!

Awesome products and a variety of designs to choose from! They keep my drinks cold which is huge for me because I won’t drink anything that’s not as cold as something directly out of the fridge. Great for kids and their beverages too!!

I absolutely love Brumate, the products are amazing and top notch. Customer Service is out of this world. The only complaint I have is the shipping fiasco for Black Friday as it took 6 weeks for delivery.

Less than ideal shipping experience over the holiday season, took over a month for order to get here. But I know this isn’t true Brumate as I’ve ordered before and ordered since!! Love this company and the products!! Brumate customer for life!!

I had a few bumps with my Christmas order and they both (original and replacement) ended up lost in the mail but they gave a me a refund and I was able to reorder and my new order arrived very quickly. With the chaos of holiday and covid shipping delays they really handled it like a boss!
