Seems like a good company but seriously why is it so hard to open any of their products!!! I have two different types products but my 6’3” husband can’t get the lid off so I’m definitely not doing it!!! Make it easier

I loved Brumate products and until last week would promote them to all of my friends and family. I had never had an issue with an order but last week an order that I had with Brumate didn't arrive even though Brumate told me it did. I submitted an inquiry to customer service and almost a week later I have not gotten a response. I keep getting automated messages saying that "wait times are longer than normal" and that "the order was delivered" when in fact, it was not. There are so many stainless steel companies out there with great service. Sadly, I have to part ways with this company as they obviously are in over their head and don't care about their customers.

I have several Brumaire mate toody, tumblers and hopsulators. I am very unhappy with the walnut toddy. The design is peeling off on the handle and sides.

Inside coating started peeling. Call customer service and they told me that due to their limited warranty they could do nothing. Their website says lifetime warranty, for what! No one could explain. Last brúmate product I will spend my money on. I have cheaper products that the coating has not peeled off.

Four issues: 1. I don't think it keeps coffee hot that long. Maybe an hour. 2. Where your lips go it isn't natural causing a potential drip if not paying attention. The plastic turn grip pieces are in the way 3. It's hard to get the lid in the right place to have the opening in the right place. 4. For the money, I'll look for something more suitable. Not that many color options either...

I recently purchased two of the Gold Leopard Toddies but meant to purchase one of those and one of the Imperial Pints. Both were $29.99. I am not sure what happened that day, but when I received the order, I was surprised. I contacted customer service. I wasn’t ugly I just said I thought I had ordered one of each. The guy was Rude. He wanted to argue, but I didn’t go there. When I read that they have the best CS, I surely wasn’t treated that way. I just asked to please tell me how to return one of the toddies, and I would order the Pint. He sent over the instructions to me with no other help. When I went online to do the return, there was a note that said “this item is not returnable”. Why didn’t he tell me I couldn’t return it? He was looking at the order. I had contacted them within an hour after receiving the wrong order. I cannot imagine why it was not returnable. Long story short, “Beware”. The mug is nice, but I didn’t need two and still don’t know why I have two!

I ORDERED THE BRUMATE TODDY AND THE SPOUT TO DRINK OUT OF ONLY FITS AT THE HANDLE AND ACROSS FROM THE HANDLE. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL WAYS TO FIT IT IN THE DRINKING POSITION STARTING AT 180 DEGREES AS SUGGESTED. IT DOES NOT WORK. I AM RIGHT HANDED AND THERE IS NO WAY TO FIT THE LID SO YOU CAN DRINK. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have the Trio I bought for our camper. Because of the cooling puck it is overly bottom heavy. Due to the weight it is not comfortable to hold or drink out of. It’s impossible to gauge how much you have left in your can due to the weight Also to many pieces. Using it as a can holder you have the lid to keep track of, unless it’s a 16oz can then you also have the puck loose. If using it as a cup then you have the screw on top as well as the puck. Would rather buy it at a lower cost with option to buy the lid separate as I paid for something I’ll never use. It does keep the can cold however, but any other can holder works just as well at lower prices.
