I have been buying for a while now .. I can’t get enough! Amazing products and perfect customer service. I had my order take forever (during the bad Pitney Bowes batch) and customer service was emailing Me daily with updates and when it stopped moving they promised Me to overnight my order again so I could have it for Xmas! Please know that they appreciate every one of their customers!! Try them out they’re amazing ! My first bru I’ve had for a year now and it’s still on perfect condition! Even after being put through my drunken shenanigans 🤣 THESE PRODUCTS ARE A MUST HAVE!

I had an amazing experience with Brümate over the holidays! I ordered for Christmas and I got it within lots of time but it had an obvious scratch so I messaged customer service and I had a free replacement to me before Christmas and I was able to keep the original cup! Love this company and will continue to support!🥰
