I ordered two cups on November 24, 2023. Today is December 29th, 2023 and have not received a thing. They were Christmas gifts which now is a bust. Buyer beware!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I have emailed them several times to get told it’s a manufacture hold up. No customer service number to call or anything.

Brumate Sucks!!! I order 4 40oz Era products for my granddaughters and daughter. I ordered them on November 19th!!!! As of today December 29th, still nothing. This crap of a company doesn't have a customer service department to call. I have asked them to call me and they tell me they have no way of doing that. Imagine a company that doesn't have telephones! I have been going back and forth via email for over 2 weeks. Their solution was giving me 15% back. The kids came here twice and ended up leaving with no Christmas gifts. Silly me to think over a month was enough time. Stay away!!!

Horrible delivery!!! I’m still waiting for my cooler I ordered November 27th! Looks like a great product but unfortunately neverr received!!Attempted to contact customer service multiple times. Don’t do it!!

I have spent a fortune on their products but the company can't handle growth, they don't ship thier products and steal your money. I am getting the run around and paid two months ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is a joke.

TERRIBLE. The tops don’t come off either of our Brumate Tumblers & they simply do not care. Do NOT buy from this company.

I would give them zero start if I could. I purchased five different cups from this company and I've bad issues with all of them. I cup the handle came off, the magnet fell apart on two lids, and the finish peeled off. Their policy is they will replace anything as long as you provide proof, but that is a lie. I provided pictures, and they refused to replace anything. All they were willing to do if offer me $10 off my next purchase. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and I will never purchase any of their products ever again. You are better off buying cups from Otterbox, Yeti, or Owala. Brumate is a brutal company.

Their customer service team is a joke. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product I received and the customer service team sent out a generic “we’re sorry to hear that” response. Update (11/26/23): The company responded to my complaint on BBB and said they get a response from me and asked for another response. I went back to the email they sent me and explained my concerns and again received no response from the company.

Sept 25th Ordered $1300 worth of mugs for party favours for our wedding taking place Nov 8th. They were supposedly lost in shipping and despite a request to have a new order expedited with a 2 week deadline, this was completely missed without regard, forewarning or response from brumate other than a $140 refund for the inconvenience. Despite having a great product the customer service is horrendous and our wedding guests recieved yeti mugs instead. Thanks for the headache and frustration brumate during an already chaotic time in our lives You're customer service and attention to detail will not be forgotten and we will actively boycott your brand and products going forward.
