hi I live in Perth WA. ordered my brumate in November I knew because of covid it would take a while, and as it was not for a xmas present not overly anxious about it, had not received any transport info, by 3rd week in december, spoke to brumate. they did say they would express out new order if it was for xmas. By the 7th January still no order spoke to brumate and Route again. that afternoon I had recieved a credit and have reorderd my Brus: very happy with serve in all areas and looking forward to adding to my collection cheers sandra

I have purchased over 40 products and really don’t have any complaints. Customer for over 2 years and I have diarrhea of the mouth when it comes to talking up this company. The Bru Crew is amazing all around and I’ll be a customer forever.

BrüMate is hands down the best! I have ordered from them multiple times and loved every single item I have received! I understand they had some shipping issues, but during this COVID Holiday Season... who didn’t!? They acknowledged, notified and did the best they could! I also highly recommend getting the Route protection just to be extra safe! If this was your first time ordering and you had an issue I challenge you to try again this year outside of a holiday in a pandemic and I can almost guarantee you will understand why everyone loves BrüMate and their team so much!

Way way back in the day, Brümate was discovered by my family (a gift from me) because of their slim can coolers. I can’t remember if it was 2018 or 2017 (I swear it has been longer), but they’ve been a member of our family since. They have a superb selection of designs/patterns for a multitude of different products. Brümate rocks tumblers were our party favor for my wedding. I absolutely love the communication from the Brümate team and their customer service. Considering how much they’ve grown, it is heartwarming to see how much they care about their customers. The only knock I have is that their products are not dishwasher safe, but then they wouldn’t be able to offer the selection that they do. I will be a life long Brümate customer and am looking forward to their new products!

I’ve ordered several times over the last few years and have been extremely happy with my products and delivery time. Unfortunately one of my two orders from late November fell under the Pitman Bowes deliveries and I was anxiously awaiting my order. I did get the Route protection (which I highly recommend) and the day I filed a claim I got a response within minutes and my order was resent the next day, got it before Christmas. I was very impressed with the responsibility and action Brumate took.

Great products and great customer service. I have several different products use them daily. Customer service has always gone above and beyond. Great products, great warranty, great customer service!
