Horrible costumer service, been waiting on my motorcycle new fairings for over a month now and tracking info just says when FedEx get ur package we’ll notify you like wtf … almost spent 600$ never buying from these clowns again

I purchased parts and Bruceshark nominated DEALFY to ship the goods but as much as I have a Tracking No, the forwarding g company is updating statuses with false Information. They claim that they tried contacting me yet nobody has. They say package out for delivery but they need to reschedule with me first, WHY? I then contacted Bruceshark via email and thier WhatsApp page but they ONLY respong o. Email telling me to contact the shipping company, yet they have no means of being contacted besides the tracking system and there is no option to chat with shipping company. I feel I been Scammed. I need help URGENTLY to either get a refund or my parts.

The product was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived packed extremely well. Unfortunately, the product wasn't right for me. The aftersales service was excellent, great communication and they offered a quick and suitable resolution. Excellent business, I highly recommend!

I Made a mistake on the part I ordered from Bruce Shark .Com , I purchased the wrong part , I contacted this Company ,and brought this to the Management's attention ,they offered to let me keep the wrong part , but credit the right part I ordered ,once I realized my mistake , this has shown this Company were obliging to settle this mistake by their professional Customer services , that,s why I have given this Business a 5 Star Rating on this Review.
