Oh my goodness. It was like no other experience before. I purchased a part for my 2014 vehicle. It arrived in a decent amount of time - but the wrong part showed up. It did not work in my car or match the photo on their website. When I told them I wanted to return. Then they offered to have me keep it and refund me 30% of the cost. They suggested I sell it on eBay. I said no - I mean what the heck?? So they then offered me 40%. I still declined. They gave me their Canadian based return address and I sent it back. I paid $30 for the shipping. When they received it they refunded me 70%, claiming it is policy to charge a 30% restocking fee. I am on email 8 or 9 trying to get my full refund. Whatever you do - avoid this company.

Horrible communication. My parts had been ordered and paid for. It’s been a month and all I get is a email once a week saying “shipping is delayed”. I’ve asked for my money back and now no emails back. Do not do business with this company.

Claim parts were sent with tracking .the tracking number they gave me are just dodgy I would not to use these thieves

You can only get a refund if it is unopened. But the part can't be considered working until it is being used. I'm curious how you get away with this type of policy?

Scammers! They sent me a faulty fuel pump for my Porsche. They have not responded to my email requests for a refund. Their fake customer phone number is not in service. Bruceshark has cost me so much time and aggravation! Now I will have to pay double for labor cost to fix my car.

Bing 64 carburettor overhaul kits, $107 each and absolute rubbish quality. Many parts don't fit. Don't waste your money. Leaving reviews on their site waste of time because they don't publish negative reviews

Bought a Quadrajet Carburetor off them and it's junk it won't quit leaking fuel everywhere
