I ordered the part for my washing machine on Monday afternoon, from Bruce shark in Melbourne, it was delivered to my P.O. Box in Urunga, mid north coast NSW on Thursday morning. Hall sensor price $22.77 and free post, excellent….. Washing machine fixed and working by 11 am Thursday. Great service from both Bruce shark and Austpost.

Great customer service! The item I ordered unfortunately didn’t work for my camper, but Bruce Shark was extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and made the reimbursement process easy and hassle-free. I really appreciated their support and professionalism.

Ordered a SCV from Bruce & Shark. Description for my vehicle matched compatibility, arrived within a week however this valve doesn't fit my vehicle as stated. Contacted Bruce & Shark, as they do not have the correct size for what i need, offered refund. Prompt communication and although product didnt suit, company easy to deal with.

Scammers! They sent me a faulty fuel pump for my Porsche. They have not responded to my email requests for a refund. Their fake customer phone number is not in service. Bruceshark has cost me so much time and aggravation! Now I will have to pay double for labor cost to fix my car.
