Brothers with GlassReviews of brotherswithglass.com

Brothers with Glass is a total scam!!! I ordered a pipe, payed for it and never received it. The company continued to lie to me saying that the pipe would ship. Finally had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back…..STAY AWAY from this company!!!

Due to address error USPS sent it back to bwg. I contacted them & offered to provide a new shipping label. was told not necessary. 2wks no tracking. Told it's shipping Monday. 2wks sent new email. Asking for return of funds. No reply. 1wk more. Ask for refund. No reply. The phone# is phony. They're always on another call or some other lame dodge these crooks have devised to avoid customers & likely creditors as well. ironically I even overpaid for the item by tipping them. Here's a tip for you, don't buy anything from Brothers with Glass .. Beaverton Oregon

I have purchased from this company six or seven times over the last 10 years and I always get what I ordered quick and they have the best deals and a lot of hard to find glass. One of my orders even got stolen during the shipment and they were shipped it for free.
