As with other reviewers, I made an online purchase of a Starfish Design pipe. It was clearly stated that the pipes were not in stock as of the sale but were expected in about two weeks and then it would be shipped out to the customer. Never happened. Multiple calls and emails were unanswered except one by Jake that claimed the merchandise was close to being delivered. This obviously did not happen. Complaint to BBB was not responded to by the shop. Pretty clear that been scammed and without any chance of a refund. BWG website is down. Pat Wright, owner of BWG in Beaverton, OR is cupable. Maybe Starfish Design in Bend, OR is as well.

Buyer beware! Here's the timeline of what happened to me (all communication documented below was done via email): 12/20/2024 - product ordered and credit card charged 01/07/2025 - Jake contacted me due to sold out stock. I voluntarily offered to wait (estimate was 2-4 weeks). 02/18/2025 - The website showed back in stock so I reached out. 02/19/2025 - Received response that the website was experiencing technical difficulties and that I'd hear more as soon as it was resolved. 02/23/2025 - sent a follow up asking for the status. No response. 02/25/2025 - sent a second follow up asking for the status. No response. 03/07/2025: requested refund. No response. 03/12/2025: final follow up. No response. 05/07/2025: posting reviews

Scam. Didn’t receive what I ordered or my money back from them. The only response they emailed me was their “systems were down” but then never said anything else.

I would give a 0. If option was there. Ordered products from them. Over 2 years ago. I never received anything. No reply to emails. What a rip off!!!

I ordered a zong from them in November 2023 and they’ve given me the run around for well over a year, told me multiple times that it was being shipped “tomorrow” and I have dealt with many people and here I am still zongless AND I was charged for the order and never refunded. They offered replacements and I selected one, they said that would ship, it did NOT. I will never order here again and I suggest if you want something off their site look for a similar product from anywhere else!! Total scammers and liars!!

Horrible stay away…they bait and switch you thinking they have inventory and go as far as saying the item was shipped with other smaller items but they just try to buy time to try to source it I guess. Horrible experience!

Brothers with Glass is a total SCAM. Don’t be misled by their professional-looking website—it’s all a FACADE. After paying $300 for a custom pipe, I reached out when my order hadn’t shipped. They LIED, claiming it would ship soon and blamed delays on a supposed move. In hindsight, it’s clear they were just STRINGING me along until it was too late to dispute the charge. AVOID these THIEVES at all costs.
