I placed an order back in April when I reached out in regards to my product they told me it was backordered that was in May. I paid for it in full. We are now in August and I still have not received my order on the website. it says that it was shipped never received any emails stating that it was shipped with the tracking number, I put several emails out. I tried calling the 800 number constantly just busy so now I contacted the Better Business Bureau do not order from this company.

I spent $60 on a pipe back in September that was never delivered. They kept lying to me saying it was on its way. Now they've completely ghosted me and stolen my money. Don't buy from these thieves

I placed an order for an $80 pipe. They took my money And totally disappeared. The online store has vanished. They are a total scam! Is this allowed?

I paid for a dab rig and simply never got it. Tried email to contact them because the calling the number a recording told me the inbox was full and to hang up. My emails went unanswered. And I sent many emails to both contact email addresses. So they took my money and ghosted me.

They sent a broken peice which can't be helped sometimes sure but they have not responded to single of a dozen emails and their listed phone number doesn't even work. Like it's not a functioning number. So they have completely ignored me for two weeks, after taking my money for some glass shards, and there's nothing I can do about it so here I am

BROTHER WITH GLASS IS A COMPLETE SCAMMERS. They took my money & ran. There phone numbers are non working phone numbers. They haven't responded to countless emails. No tracking number, not a peep. I'm shocked how many people online have been scammed like me. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Placed an order over a month ago still have no shipping info tracking or even a response to the multiple emails I have sent them! This place has horrible costumer service an horrible service in general it’s a scam do not buy from these guys!

I bought a bong from them and it went really smooth, I had a few questions and they were helpful and the shipment only took a few days, going to order another pipe soon.
