Excellent customer service
I ordered four pieces of metal art, and one piece bent through the box during shipping. It bent back pretty easily, though it wasn’t perfectly straight. I contacted the company and they responded to me promptly. They gave me a percentage of the price back and I didn’t have to argue with anyone! I was very pleased with the way I was treated. The metal art is beautiful and very well made. I will be buying more for my family.

Great outside wall decoration
The cranes for my outside wall are perfect. Reminds me of the sand hill cranes that used too visit me everyday where I lived in Orlando.

Custom Metal Wall Art
Found Bross Home online while looking for custom metal art, and they had a design template that I really liked. I was a little nervous after ordering and found out that the wall art was actually being created in Turkey, and that it would take a long time to arrive if at all. Immediately received feedback from Jack with order updates and then UPS tracking number. Was ordered on May 28, and arrived to our home in Florida on June 3. The quality was excellent, and the custom design was exactly as requested. Highly recommend and would order from again.
