Damage products you will need to pay for returns
The clock had damage on the face. I contacted Bross with photos. They offered a partial credit and for me to keep the clock. As I told them I wouldn't use the clock with the damage and I wanted a full refund. I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping which was $31. I have never had a company require to return a damage product that I would need to pay for shipping. So be aware that for any reason for a return that you will be responsible for shipping. I have photos of the damage if interested
