I bought Katu mattresses for my twins while I was still pregnant because I liked the look of the materials and quality the company is known for. I have since discovered that not only are their mattresses high quality, but so is their customer service. My twins arrived 5.5 weeks early, which wouldn’t have been an issue had I not decided to preorder the next shipment of mattresses and thus not had cribs ready for my babies when they decided to join us before they were expected. Katie was so kind and easy to work with, and as soon as I explained my predicament to her she made sure to send me two mattresses from the current stock, no extra charge, even though that was not what I’d originally ordered. Amazing experience! First time mama and I'm really pick about everything. I did my research and chose the katu mattress and anxiously awaited my arrival. It took some time to arrive to do shipping and customs delays and the owner Tom did an amazing job keeping me informed. He even offered an extra fitted sheet and gave me a small refund. All and all it took an extra month to arrive but the wait and customer service made the experience worth it. I'm so relieved to have a safe mattress for my little one!

So excited I chose KATU crib mattress for my first grand baby (coming soon 🤗). I Love that it's 100% organic. Others I looked at while researching, if you looked deep in the description, would always have some part that was not organic at all.

There were some delays in my shipment but I needed it for a certain time frame so the CEO actually sent me one from the Amazon stock free of charge. My sheet that I got free with the original purchase then came a couple of weeks later. Thank you so much to the CEO for helping us get the mattress sooner so that I didn’t have to order a different brand! Also, we have an Avocado baby mattress too and I will say that this one is much lighter! Normally, it wouldn’t make much of a difference but when I was newly postpartum trying to change the sheet…it was very difficult so I am happy that I will have this mattress instead for the next baby! Lastly, there was no smell or anything that you’d normally find with a new piece of bedding or furniture. Yay for no harmful VOCs!

This is the best mattress!! It came so fast and my baby sleeps so well on it.
