Brooklyn BeddingReviews of brooklynbedding.com

When I called AI was very helpful answering my questions. So I ordered the foundation.

Brooklyn Bedding offered a cooling mattress cover that was well reviewed (by websites & customers alike), and offered a great value. We previously purchased a mattress topper from them so know firsthand that they offer a premium product and their direct to consumer business model allows a competitive price.

Excellent customer response to emails concerning my order

Purchased a mattress cover for the new cooling mattress with pillow top my husband purchased. Love the mattress and the contemporary navy. Classy look. Deep pocket sheets fit great, and it’s extremely comfortable!

The customer service experience has been outstanding. I changed my mind about my order a couple of different times but was permitted to re order and get full credit for the items I had changed my mind about. My interaction with Amelia, my customer service rep, was very professional and helpful.

I appreciated the ease in understanding the options for the Brooklyn mattresses and that there aren’t so many frills and accessories to decide upon simply to get a good mattress.

Tried this one out at the store in Goodyear, AZ. Love the way it felt and the great quality. It just felt like a great mattress!
