Brooklyn BeddingReviews of brooklynbedding.com

The mattress is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a very firm mattress, and the Plank Lux delivered. Easily the best mattress I've ever had. Thanks Plank!

What sold me was the ability to set my mattress up on my own. I did not have to plan when the delivery would arrive and be ready to have someone bring it in and put it on my bed. The twin mattress was delivered to my deck and since it was only 15x15x45 and 58 lbs I was able to manage everything on my own, including putting the encasement on. Everything was much easier than I expected, and I am so much more comfortable now with my new mattress.

I was able to order the mattress, frame, mattress cover, and bed sheets all at once. Website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. Everything was delivered to the home without damage.

Easy to navigate and detailed information readily available. Published discount was automatically applied. Quality products direct from manufacturer are a real plus!

I just believe that we got the best mattress possible for the price, the warranty, and longevity to keep our new plank mattress longer than previous name brand mattresses. Most of our other mattresses only lasted 2 to 3 years before both my husband and I experienced more back pain than usual.

Brooklyn bedding customer service is so kind and gracious. Every time I have reached out I've been treated so kindly. I have been wanting to purchase for quite some time and this was such an easy transaction. The website is simple to understand and so helpful when you aren't sure what size or style to choose. I am so excited to finally own a Brooklyn bedding mattress.

I love this extra firm mattress. It definitely fills a void in the market. I appreciate the trial period and guarantee. An area I would like to see improved would be the company initiating a check in communication, like email to reassure the customer that they are not forgotten. I personally did NOT respond to email inquiries that were sent where the senders address was NOT brooklynbedding.com, which was 100% of the time with the exception of this email.

detailed information on the website, website easy to navigate, fast delivery and a great quality product.
