The chair would have received 5 stars in my review, except for the fact that a snap button already broke. There is a head pillow. One of the snap buttons holding it in place has had the fabric which holds it in place, stretch to the point of not working any longer. I will contact Rexall in Niagara Falls to have it repaired. The chair is only 2 months old. Other than that, I am thrilled with the padding. It is excellent and Mom looks so comfortable in her chair! The local rep for Broda, Keith, was just awesome in helping me choose what fabric AND additional pieces to buy for Mom.

My experience with Broda has been positive in every aspect. Our rep Keith Dexter is very supportive and comes through every time I call him. I like your new Synthesis chair, I have had good success with it in our area. Keep up the good work.
