Broda Chair was purchased, by me, for my Mother, several years ago. It was delivered, "On Time", at the Price as quoted, and performed exactly as advertised. It was a vast improvement over the Chair which she had been assigned before. When my Mom passed away, her Broda Chair was then donated to the Nursing Home where she had been situated..

I am so thankful for and so very impressed with Broda’s customer service. Cheryl referred me to Brian Hoffman who then referred me to Kurt Foster @ Progressive Medical Concepts. Each and everyone of them were so kind and courteous as they patiently listened to my story and concerns for my disabled sister’s needs. They all answered, in much detail, all of my questions about selecting the best chair (and fulfilled my expectations) for my sister’s comfort, well being and personal potential. Kurt Foster continues to amaze me with all his knowledge, compassion, and expertise for communication and collaboration with nursing facility staff. Whether it’s a phone call or a text or an email, Kurt’s timing and follow-through is always comforting and unusually serendipitous. Only another caregiver can truly relate to how difficult it can be to find the words and actions needed to fulfill and advocate for a loved one’s best interest. So far, especially during these days and times of restrictions, fears, isolation, and fatigue, Kurt has been the understanding diplomatic voice and eyes that I desperately needed for my sister’s behalf and best interest. I am feeling a sense of relief that the Broda Encore Highback Mobilty chair may be the best choice as our family considers their decision during this week’s trial and demonstration experience.
