Hi Mary, we are very sorry that you are having interference between the mag wheels and arm supports. We will have a customer excellence rep reach out to you directly to see if there is anything else we can do to help. correct the situation. Sometimes when our local distribution partners send out their own technicians and occasionally they are not equipped to make the proper adjustments.
