Major Scam Company - read reviews not on their site!!
Send all substitutions that are far less in value - there are 100s of complaints online - some are actually laughable - I paid $120 for an $18 24 pack of beer. Is there some guy in an apartment buying cheap stuff and sending out? Seems like!!! I just submitted to Federal Trade Commission since a scam of large proportion!Your Next Steps If you paid a scammer with a credit or debit card: File a dispute (also called a “chargeback”) with your credit or debit card company. Tell them it was a fraudulent charge. Ask them to reverse the transaction and give you your money back. Online: Log onto your credit or debit card company's website and go through the dispute process. By phone: Call the phone number on the back of your card and tell them why you're filing a dispute. Follow up with a letter to your credit or debit card company. To protect any rights you may have, follow up in writing by sending a letter to the address listed for billing disputes or errors. Use our sample letter. Save your records. Keep any letters, notes, or emails related to the scam - they could help prove you're entitled to a refund if the credit or debit card company has any questions.

Hi Lynne, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration caused by your order. It is clear we failed to meet your expectations regarding both the quality of the beer and the delivery timing. Regarding the substitutions, our policy is intended to replace out-of-stock items with products of equal or greater value, and we are truly sorry that the selection you received felt like a downgrade rather than a fair exchange. We also apologize for the late arrival and any confusion regarding the packaging; we aim for a much higher standard of service and transparency. Your feedback regarding the perceived value of the items is being taken very seriously as we review our substitution process.
