From the very beginning, Claire was detailed, thorough, and completely professional. Our blue cream lynx mitted tortie is extraordinary! She is the sweetest, cutest, healthiest cat we have ever seen, and she travels with us everywhere! In fact, on rare occasions when we can’t take Winnie along, Mama Claire provides personalized, attentive boarding. We could not be happier with the service and treatment we have experienced with Claire and Broadway Ragdolls, and we highly recommend this cattery if you are looking for a perfect angel.

I just got my little girl from Claire Michaels at Broadway Ragdolls and I had a great experience. My little kitty came home with an excellent personality, and a great set of lungs. When we first got her she got lost from time to time in our place and she would let you know when she assistants from her people. My favorite part is when she climbs on my lap and take a nap while I play video games, she loves to cuddle. Overall I had a pleasant experience throughout the whole process.

New York State Pet Lemon Law (NYS GBL § 753) exists specifically to protect buyers from pre-existing conditions and parasites. Private cattery terms cannot override state consumer protection laws. ​Unfulfilled 2-Year Health Guarantee: The cattery advertises a 2-year health guarantee, yet when presented with immediate, documented medical proof of an active Giardia infection present at pick-up, reimbursement for necessary veterinary treatments was ignored, and I was subsequently blocked. ​Lack of Veterinary Clearance: When I personally contacted the cattery’s listed veterinarian, they could not confirm that the kitten had received medical clearance or full parasite testing prior to release. I am about to get my fourth cat from this business. THE SWEETEST, loving, personal, amazing cats. They are my babies. Also, I have never even had to take any of my cats to the vet even once. Absolute perfect health. Ginger (a retired mom) is 12, Monroe is 6, Lucas is 3, and am in the process of adopting my fourth (to be named “ Chewbacca”/ “chewy” for short hehe.
