We sincerely apologize for the experience and completely understand your frustration Payton. Our driver fell ill unexpectedly less than 24 hours before your trip, and we made every effort to find an alternative option for you. Unfortunately, given the short notice, we were unable to secure a replacement in time. We know this fell far short of the standard you deserve, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We hope to have the opportunity to make it right for you in the future.
