Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I contacted Broadway Bus Lines to book a Sprinter van for a birthday celebration. I was told everything was being confirmed and that I was simply waiting for payment instructions. At the last minute, I was told the van was not available after all. What made this even worse was the lack of communication. My calls and messages were not answered, and I was left scrambling at the last minute to find another Sprinter van for an important birthday celebration. If you are planning an event, I would not rely on this company. Reservations should be confirmed clearly and customers should not be left without transportation at the last minute.

The ability to work with us for unexpected changes to our needs. Scheduling and pricing were great. Customer Service was very helpful when needed.

I usually don't take the time to write out a review but I make an exception because working with Paul Jenkins to arrange transportation for my group in San Antonio was such a pleasure!! Because of the last minute nature of my request, I didn't really expect to find a bus in time but Paul got us to Vegas on time! Thanks again!

I rented an air conditioned bus for my bachelorette party weekend. Alex was very helpful in the booking process, and David (the driver) was promptly early for pick up. Although the conditions of the bus weren’t ideal at the start, the Broadway Bus team quickly worked to connect with me and provide a compensation for the mishap. They are professionals!
