Easy to see the seats that I purchased, and easy to buy tickets !

I can’t say enough positive things about the customer services I received from Bill at Broadway.com today. I had to change tickets to two Broadway shows when my trip dates to NY were unexpectedly moved to later dates. Bill quickly and efficiently exchanged the tickets for one show at no extra charge. He reached out to the second theater and was able to once again work his magic. Those tickets were also changed at no extra charge. Throughout the entire experience Bill was patient, funny and very professional. We need more people like Bill who is outstanding in the customer service field. Kudos to Bill and thank you so much for all of your fine efforts.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Broadway theater tickets through Broadway.com. We bought our tickets before we knew the official schedule for the FIFA World Cup matches. When the schedule was finally released, we almost had a heart attack—they were on the same day at the exact same time! I called Broadway.com, and I was told that all sales were final. We didn’t know what to do. Finally, I decided to call again, and this time I spoke with Trike. He didn’t promise me anything, but he told me he would do his best to help. He went above and beyond. He contacted the theater on my behalf, and they were able to change our tickets. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care Trike showed were truly exceptional. I will always be grateful to her for making it possible for us to enjoy both the World Cup and our Broadway show. Thank you, Trike, for your outstanding customer service!
