I know I'm old school
I know I'm old school, but I would love the option of a physical ticket or will call status. Not everyone has a smart phone and I bought my tickets as a gift.

I searched many sites in order to find the right seats and date. Broadway.com was the best by far! User friendly, easy to see options and pricing differences and overall a great experience. Thank you so much!!

Buying tickets was easy. Paying those outrageous fees was painful.
Finding shows and purchasing tickets was quite easy. I draw the line at having to pay 1/3 more in fees just so I can print my tickets at home. Highway robbery!

Three of four leads were absent!!!
The production was well done but three of the four leads were replaced with understudies. I was very disappointed and you should have honored that by offering a rebate. I know you informed us that we could cancel but that was not an option since I was only in town for a limited time.
