Easy to check and move back and forth

Just bought Broadway tickets on this site. I got a confirmation email but was shocked they didn't send the tickets. The email says they will send email tickets 24 hours prior to the show. The other tickets we bought from Broadway Direct were sent immediately. I did some research and found this company, Broadway dot com, is a reseller. They were incredibly gracious about the entire kerfuffle and I am exceedingly happy with their customer service regarding these tickets. Bottom line or TLDR: these are real tickets and the seller is legitimate, you just pay a little more.

I purchased two tickets to see Moulin Rouge in January of 2026. But, due to weather we had to cancel our trip. The next time we were available for the trip was in August. But, since the show is about to end, Broadway.com would not let us use our tickets (they call it past dating), even after offering to take two random seats, or even pay a little extra. We then called the theater and purchased two new tickets through them, plus purchased the cancellation insurance. I will never book through Broadway.com again. And, they don't care!

It was really easy to search through available dates and I love the "View from seats" feature!
