The staff at Broadmoor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their pricing made it worth the three hour drive for me to purchase my RV. I recommend them to anyone who wishes to buy a RV.

We recently purchased a new trailer and had a list of items that needed attending. Sandra, in warranty service, was wonderful to work with. She had our list and allowed us to add to it when we dropped it off for service. The trailer was ready for us as promised and everything was fixed beautifully. Thanks to her and her team for a job well done and a pleasant experience.

Ron answered all questions . we did not feel like we were rushed. Their is a lot to chose from.

The staff at Broadmoor treated my like a neighbor not a customer....the purchase of my R.V. was handled mostly by telephone and it went very smoothly....1 week later I drove to Broadmoor to pick up my camp trailer and they covered everything about the R.V. very thoroughly. %110 satisfied.

Brad and Ryan were both great to work with. This is our first trailer and they answered our questions honestly and provided good suggestions for the needs and options we were looking for. No pressure sales but good followup and very responsive. Hector did our walk through and was very thorough in explaining how all the systems worked and had great advise on how to pull and park the trailer. I checked out a couple other dealers but none compared to the inventory available or pricing and the salesmen weren't as personable. After our first excursion I had a couple of questions and when I called Ryan he answered them promptly, provided suggestions, and I felt the service after the sale was just as good. Looking forward to a long relationship with Broadmoor RV.

Great experience with Tim Keith. We live 7 hours away so everything was handled over the phone and internet, everything was exactly as promised when we arrived and we drove away in our new RV within 2 hours. Thanks broadmoor

Steve Vandermate was my salesman and he was fantastic to deal with! If you would do a better job of listing the options you have on each unit that would be much better for a person like me that's purchasing online.
