Good experience

Working with Marta and Doug S.was a pleasure. After one week... There have be no issues. Finance team while seemingly short staffed we effective and knowledgeable. There was a small challenge with delivery but Neil in service is on it.

Bought our Jayco White Hawk unseen via email and message and finally 1 phone call...including 4 add-ons. Saved 20% + over 4 other dealers. We would have saved weeks of looking/comparing had we just gone to Pasco first off because all the makes and models sit at one place at Broadmoor.

The folks at Broadmoor RV were great. The entire process was easy and comfortable; a perfect blend of salesmanship and customer care. They were hustling, but I never felt pressured or in danger of being eaten by land sharks. They made sure we knew we were in control of the purchase. All questions were answered. Even after they were closed for the day, Jordan (walk-through tech) helped us out at the nearby KOA. If we trade-in or upgrade later I would return to do business. We drove over from Port Angeles (300+ miles), but it was time well spent. Great experience.

We met Wayne as we walked in the door. He was very courteous and was never hard sell! We were looking for a used 5th/Trailer. He was very informative and spent almost a day with us! In the end we learned many important details about RV's we didn't know. Very impressive knowledge and salesmanship without any pressure!! In the end, we bought a new 33 foot Jayco Eagle and we couldn't be happier! Wayne has been awesome! I've made several calls to him over the last couple of weeks and he has been awesome! He has been just as responsive after the sale as before!! This makes our purchase even better! Broadmoor RV is the place to go!!!

Everyone from sales to finance to service was incredibly friendly and driven to please. At no point was I ever made to feel less than completely valued. My purchase was extremely complex and mistakes and misunderstandings were bound to happen. When they did, everyone at Broadmoor went above and beyond to correct them to my satisfaction. Excellent treatment from beginning to end. It's a pleasure to recommend these guys!

Marta and Wanye made buying our first RV a wonderful experience. They were able to set up delivery in less than 24hrs so that we could get out camping that weekend.

The sales clerk, Ryan, was great. No pressure, let us wander as much as we liked looking through trailers, answered questions but for the most part left us to do what we wanted. Even took us between two trailers spaced rows 5 apart several times to compare minor differences. Service department, Skyler in particular, was also great in helping get the trailer ready the same day since we were from out of town. But the whole team helping him were also very good and task focused. They were very polite and professional during walk through and let me skip topics I was already familiar with from prior trailering, though he did encourage explaining some newer tech that I probably wasn't familiar with. They ended up working well past closing to accommodate us and we greatly appreciated their dedication to customer satisfaction.
