My wife and I bought our first 5th Wheel from Broadmoor the other day. We worked with Angel and Jason and they took the absolute best care of us, we are cautious non-impulsive people and they understood this, did not pressure us and were there to help and support us in our decision. Broadmoor appears to be the type of place that stands by their product and goes the extra mile for their customers. we have been very please so far.

Steven was knowledgeable,helpful,didn't care about weather,went out to the lot to show more trlrs, sense of humor, very pleasant, didn't pressure to buy bigger than what we needed.

We worked with Marta looking for a new RV. Marta was great and patient with us showing us various RV'S. It took us several trips to Broadmoor RV before we made a final decision. The fact that we did not endure any High Pressure sales was a factor in making our purchase from Broadmoor. After the sale we had a minor issue with our new RV, the service manager was knowledgeable and promptly sent a technician to our location to make the repair. Likewise the technician that came out was courteous and qualified, he made the repair in good order.

We visited several different times just to make sure we were sure about our rv before buying it and every time we went there our salesperson was so friendly and helpful. She gave us time to just be in the rv’s and make sure that we wwre getting the right one the first time. Service and parts departments had friendly staff that were attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure to buy from The Broadmoor team.
