The two stars is for my salesperson…
Here's the good and the bad. Jordan and Jennifer were outstanding. Jennifer in particular was really great about following up on a separate purchase I made and then followed up to tell me it was installed. Jordan is totally fun and knowledgable. Steve Vandermate and I haven't really hit it off. It's clear he has been frustrated with me from the beginning. The experience of the sale was not wonderful and in some cases I knew more about the Pleasureway than him. He was short with me during the sale regarding some questions I had and I felt defensive from the beginning. Also, and this is a big deal, he has been terrible about following up with me. I asked to change my appointment on Saturday from 1 pm to 10 and called twice to make sure it was changed and of course when I arrived it had not been changed. Thankfully it worked out without problem but it feels very much like since the sale is made, he is done and anything post sale is up to me to follow up with. He said he would follow up on helping me with a screen package but didn't. There was no manual from the manufacturer and he said he would order one. Maybe he did, or not, but for the past two days I've been hearing crickets and based on the fact that he has dropped the ball previously, it seems like it is my job to follow up on his job. All it would have taken is a quick email. Honestly this was not a good experience for me, add to the fact that I came from Seattle to purchase the van it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
