Found a used Outdoors RV 20’ Blackrock online. Emailed an enquirer about it. Response was very prompt. Salesperson was very friendly, courteous, & got back to me promptly about details of the trailer I had question about. We negotiated a trade for my camper that was fair. Upon arriving at Broodmor RV dealership I was met by salesperson promptly, taken for a tour of RV. Met sales manager about trade, did a walkthrough of how everything worked on RV, & did financing. All areas of this experience was very professional & organized well. Was then shown how new trailer hitch system works that I purchased also. Special thanks to Angel, Charles, Jayson, the finance lady & Neil for there thorough knowledge of the product in different areas! Broodmor RV is a great place to purchase an RV from!

Sales (Guy) and equipment familiarization (John) people and process are excellent.

Our sales manager, Chris, was attentive, honest and knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with us sending us info on travel trailers that arrived on their lot that we might be interested in based on our comments. He made the whole buying experience fun and we ended up with exactly what we wanted! Montana, one of the managers, was quick to fill in when Chris was not there, and he also was cheerful and extremely helpful. We had a great experience with all the staff, from Tina at the desk, Molly with financing, and Alfie and Jordan with delivery. Broadmoor's great reputation is very well earned!!

Great experience at Broadmoor—Staff was kind, friendly and patient while we shopped around. Angel was well informed on all of the units we looked at and we found the perfect trailer for us. I highly recommend Broadmoor—probably the best RV outlet we have come across in our years of looking.

We bought our 2020 Outdoors RV from Fred D. he was so helpful, and trustworthy. We live in Bend, Oregon and found a much better deal in Pasco at Broadmoor RV. I highly recommend that everyone in Oregon, and Washington look him up if you want to buy and Rv, no matter what your looking for he will find a great deal. There service dept. got our unit looking great and they were most helpful in understanding where all the controls were located. We have owned a lot of RV and hands down they are the best around!

Great service and got us set up with the right Motorhome for an excellent price! We flew there and drove home! Well worth the flight!
