In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

not a good experance
salesman cared less , asked if he could make sure there was water in it because we were going to be dry camping that night,,, nope
Asked to hear the generator run , he said he was on it ... nope , I had to find someone to fine enough gas so we could start the generator.
They had misc parts and paper work scattered through out the trailer, they should have put everything in one place and all paper work in a binder.
Got a letter from the bank , the financing was off by $1,000 in my favor

All interest by sales staff was gone…
All interest by sales staff was gone once our 2019 Jayco motor coach was purchased.
The Coach was not ready as promised (gave two full working days) and appointment time/date had never been set up. They had stated that their service dept would completely go through the Coach to be sure everything was correct and would be completely detailed. We were asked to give them 6 hours for prep and return early evening. Coach was not prepared as promised. Appears it only got a quick outside wash and topped off the gas tank. Counters were dusty, floor dirty, etc. and things that need adjusted/fixed were not done. The two hour compete orientation with a service tech lasted a little over an hour. Most things were quickly explained, but not demonstrated to be sure we understood. There is more, but you get the idea. We can not recommend Broadmoor

Delivery of our new 5th wheel was…an awful experience.
Delivery of our new 5th wheel was terrible. They were late, our appointment was at 9 but we were unable to actually leave with it until 4pm. I was not given adequate instructions on coupling and decoupling the 5th wheel and no instructions on the leveling system you must use for that process. When I went to find the instructions in the information packet they were missing. Terrible experience. The sales manager was an annoyingly crabby guy. They are basically so busy they don’t care or don’t have the time to. A young man in the service department finally helped me hookup and leave with my RV. It was not his job. Overall terrible experience. The ONLY bright spot was the salesperson Marta who was wonderful. Otherwise one star.

Downhill after exchanges with Guy (salesperson)
Guy was a great salesperson who helped me get all of the information I needed (I was buying from out of state, and we completed all of our exchanges over the phone, text, and email). 5 stars for Guy. He assured me that I would have at least a 2 hour walk through that I could video so I could refer back to it later, something I would have really found useful, but the person who did my walk through did not allow me to video, and it was not 2 hours. There were skipped parts, and I did my best to make sure he went over everything. Because this was my first RV, I wasn't 100% up on everything that needed to be gone over or explained, and felt rushed a lot. 3 stars for the walk through person. My experience in finance with John was a 0 star rating. I was wiring money from Morgan Stanley which was completed by my financial team in New York quickly. I had a fed reference number which is proof of receipt of the funds by Banner Bank (Broadmoor's bank), not just proof the funds left my account. I had my Morgan Stanley team on the phone trying to get John to call Banner Bank with the fed reference number. John said that he wouldn't do that for me, period. He went to talk with a gal that keeps in touch with their bank and I asked if I could speak with her so we could get their bank the fed reference number and proof that the funds were received by their bank. He said no, and walked out. Neither me nor the 2 individuals on the phone from Morgan Stanley could believe the lack of try or care for a customer who had all the proof that the money has been sent and received. They were not interested in trying, or giving the fed reference number to their bank at all. He was trying to rush through my Finance process so he could get to the next customers (he even said that he needs to help other people that are waiting when I hadn't even been in his office for 5 minutes). John was sure that the funds would not go through that day and I'd have to wait to pick up the trailer the next day because he'd never seen funds show up half way through three day, but lo and behold the funds magically appeared after they tried giving their bank the fed reference number for the wire. I would not do business with them again, just because that experience. I would have thought that of someone just wired $38k to buy a trailer cash, and had proof of the wire going through, that the company would put in at least a bit more try to make me feel cared about. Like, I just paid for this trailer cash, and drove from 2 states away, why do I feel like I'm the one bothering you?
Additionally, their parts store is way overpriced. I only received a power cord for the trailer and $25 towards all the other stuff needed to hook up for the night and my trip home. I bought the bare minimum because of the huge markups. Still not impressed with the dealership. I like the trailer (though one minor fix was not completed before I left... some wood missing from the corner of the fridge).

Mixed experience
Good experience, but not great. Since we live 4 hours away, all questions and quotes were done via phone with our salesman. He was very responsive to our questions. We were quoted a price for our trade in, got numbers for what they would sell us the new trailer for, and an approximate payment. All sounded good to me and my wife so we loaded up the kids and made the drive over Pasco. When we got there we found out that there was a mix up on what year our trailer was that we were trading in. They had it written down as 2 years newer. Long story short, they took $2,000 dollars off of the trade in value even though it was completely their mistake. Our salesman was super apologetic and I know he felt horrible about what happened. But since we already made the drive over, we didn't want to go back home with our old trailer. So we had to make the tough choice of giving up $2,000 due to their error. Also, as we were doing our walk through we noticed a dent on the bottom of the window on the slide out. We were told they could probably order a new window. That means we would have had to make the 4 hour drive back someday and wait all day for them to replace the window. I said that wasn't realistic. Than the guy said he would try to pound out the dent in the metal. That didn't happen either as we found that out right when we were all hooked up and about to head home. Before we left I decided to lock all the doors. One lock wouldn't work. I called our salesman who had someone come out right away and look at it. He got on it right away and was able to get it working again. We really love our trailer and everyone was really nice, but it definitely wasnt the experience that we were expecting. We were told a few times that they were going to make it up to us for getting the year wrong on our trailer. That didn't happen, just as the dent in the window never got taken care of. At the end of the day we just wanted to leave and be done. I'm not so sure that I will recommend or that we will buy from Broadmoor RV next time we are shopping for a trailer.

Sales guy was great
Sales guy was great. service department not so. Problems not fixed that were pointed out ahead of time. Even as we did the walk through I pointed out a couple things that that didnt get fixed and they still didnt fix them. Generator had no exhaust pipe on it and was told that is how they are. Had to insist that was not right, so he checked, pipe now on order. No keys for the loading ramp door, have to be ordered. Been working on trailer last couple days fixing the little things that should have been taking care of before hand.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Our salesman, Jason, was great and highly recommend working with him. Otherwise, the sales manager made the experience as difficult as possible. If they didn't have the exact trailer we were looking for, we definitely would have gone elsewhere. Among many other things, was told they wouldn't accept out of state checks (we live 30 miles away in Oregon).

Do thorough walk through/inspection of your unit.
I enjoyed working with Steven, he was very straight forward, no gamesmanship which I appreciated. All of the paperwork and process was done properly and on time, however the condition of the R Pod once I got it home was lacking. Some of the valences were loose as well as some other parts that will need adjusting as well as cleaning.

Jim, we are glad to hear you were taken good care of during your purchasing process. Thank you!
