Absolutely wonderful experience all around especially guided by Fred Davenport in Sales & Jordan (our Service Tech). They could not have been better in providing us valuable information & customer service in our purchases of our R-Pod 179. We recommend them highly. Broadmore Pasco has the best R-Pod inventory anywhere. Accordingly (with Fred & Jordan’s guidance) we were able to select the specific R-Pod which best fit our needs. Our dealings were top notch, we looked at a Jayco Eagle in Spokane and wanted to look at a different color on the inside. Emailed after hours and Marta responded back with in a few minutes, we set an appointment time and drove down looked at it on Monday, Marta did not bug us no pressure I called her on Friday and said we wanted to buy it and asked if it could be ready the next day. She called me back and we picked it up Saturday the dealer in Spokane was 5000 higher and a 1200 service charge. The service department was very detailed on showing us how everything worked and they winterized it to boot. Would recommend them to everybody. thank you again....

Outstanding customer experience in a friendly, in a no pressure company. My Sales Consultant was out w an injury and several coworkers were there to help answer questions, guide me to the people that could answer questions. They all have been very helpful, accommodating my peculiar timing and situation overall. Cannot say enough good things about the people, the service, the atmosphere of this company. A business for the people not for themselves. Met people who have bought more than one RV's from Broadmore RV and are very pleased. They even stop by for coffee and a chat!!

We just purchased a new travel trailer from Broadmoor RV. This was our first travel trailer and they were more than helpful! Our salesman was Guy, the Finance person was Molly and our walk thru was performed with Charles. They were all wonderful and went into great detail to help in any way possible.
