As a Real Estate Agent for C21 Tri-Cities I know that customer service speaks volumes in my business, which is what I provide to my clients, but also as a brokerage we provide that high level of professionalism and high standards of Customer Service. Having these high standards myself, I know that I received the highest and most professional service from the Broadmoor RV Super Store. Our husband and I thought about purchasing from a private owner and we totally changed our minds when we met Doug Sitton and the staff from Broadmoor RV. We purchased a 23’ Trailer from Doug who was knowledgeable, he was an outstanding listener & informative, helpful with all of our questions and did all the things that we had asked him to do. He was not pushy and was very understanding of what our wants and needs were. The level of customer service was PHENOMENAL all the way from Molly who went over our contract at signing as well as to the delivery from Jose who went over everything like a fine tooth comb. He reiterated everything that Doug had showed us early on with fine details of how to use everything on this trailer. This was critical for us, because we are 1st time buyers, (like in my business this is extremely important). Also we ended up purchasing all the right equipment for our trailer and the salespeople were just SUPER kind and helpful!! I would totally recommend Broadmoor RV and ask for Doug Sitton, he’s AWESOME!!! Thank you Doug, I consider you not only my salesperson, but as a friend!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a new trailer from Broadmore. The whole experience could have been stressful and frustrating, but the staff made it an amazing experience that we will never forget. From the moment we walked in the reception staff was warm and welcoming. Angel (our sales person) was not only friendly and personable but extremely knowledgeable. There were no high pressure sales tactics which allowed us to find the perfect trailer to fit our family of 5. We then moved on to finance with Molly. She was also very welcoming and friendly. Molly explained all of our purchase contract clearly and made it easy to understand our options. When we came back to do our walk through and pick up our trailer, we were again warmly greeted by not only reception, but Angel and Molly both stepped out to say hello and wish us happy camping. We then were introduced to Charles who would walk through the trailer inside and out with us, addressing any of our concerns and showing us how to work everything. Not only was Charles friendly, personable and knowledgeable, he was very patient and allowed us all the time and questions we needed while never making us feel rushed. He thoroughly addressed every issue or concern and took steps to address anything needed. Each time we were in, multiple people from reception to sales to service offered help if needed.. All in all Broadmore receives a 5 star rating from us. They will get all our future buisness!

Great buying experience (thanks Angel). Drove from Kingsland, GA for the trailer and would do it again! A special thanks to Ivan, who installed the WD hitch on the truck; the best setup ever for pulling a trailer of this size and weight. The drove better than another trailer before.This is our third RV and our second travel trailer, this is the best experience we've had buying an RV.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere! Gave us a great price on our camper along with helpful hints on operating and owning the coach. It was a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anybody who is interested in owning an RV. Well worth the long drive!
